What we collect. Only what you enter in the inquiry form (name, company, country, e-mail, phone, message) and the page you sent it from. The website sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. Anonymous visit statistics are collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies.
Links in our e-mails. When we write to a company about a line for sale, the link in the e-mail contains a short code (for example utm_content=K017) that stands for that company. If you open the website through such a link, the code, the page, the time and the approximate location of the visit are sent to our sales mailbox, so we know that the company has looked at the offer. No cookies are set and the code is removed from the address bar. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up our offer (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where we got your company address. We write to business addresses that companies publish on their own websites, only about equipment that fits their production (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you do not want to hear from us again, reply to our e-mail or write to sales@productionline.site and we will not contact you again.
Why. To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where a contract follows, to perform it.
Recipients. Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, spam protection with Turnstile, e-mail delivery) and Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail mailbox that receives inquiries) as our processors. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
